In 1962 David
Grimmet began his one-man concrete business on Highway 199 between Azle and
Springtown, Texas. The first items he poured were four birdbaths--the

Many concrete
producers nationwide are now using methods
that David developed throughout these years. Unlike
most small producers of concrete statuary, David saw his future as primarily a
wholesaler; he determined to make his mark by providing high quality goods
with the best service possible. These goals have served David's business well
over the past
Incorporated on July
2, 1979, David's Patio now employs approximately 60 people, several of whom
have been with us for more than twenty-five years. Not only has the volume of
goods produced multiplied several times, but also the product line has been
extended greatly from those first four birdbaths.
In 1982 a block-making machine was installed allowing us to offer a large line of stepping-stones, edging, tree rings, and sprinkler heads. These products became such a large part of our business, that two more machines have been installed to enable us to meet the demand.
Also,
since 1988, David's Patio has been producing concrete
steps and car stops. Undoubtedly, the wide variety of available
products has made our rapid growth possible, but we recognize that David's
original and ongoing commitment to quality and service have been what keeps
our customers returning. For this reason, David and his staff reaffirm the
promise to continue to make high quality merchandise and to offer the best
available service to our customers.
We
at David's Patio are proud to present our all-new
mini-catalog web page, featuring several new items, along with many that have been proven
sellers throughout the years. We are happy to once again greet our
established customers and extend a warm welcome to those of
you who are new to
us. Please |
